Jess began her real estate career in 2016 and has built a diverse and well-rounded career across the industry. With experience in real estate sales, sales administration, property management, personal assistant roles, human resources, and Executive Assistant support to Directors, Jess brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine understanding of what it takes to help a business thrive.

Having worked across both front-of-house and behind-the-scenes roles, Jess has recently stepped back into the back-of-house space, where her passion truly lies. In her role supporting the Directors and leading HR functions, she is dedicated to creating efficient systems, building strong relationships, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Jess believes that when people feel supported, valued, and empowered, businesses are positioned for long-term success.

Known for her warm, approachable nature and strong work ethic, Jess takes pride in building meaningful relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders alike. Her genuine care for people, combined with her organisational skills and proactive approach, allows her to provide exceptional support while ensuring both the business and the people within it are set up to succeed.

Jess has always had a love for real estate and has personally built and renovated several homes throughout Ballarat. As a lifelong Ballarat local, she has a deep appreciation for the community and extensive local knowledge, understanding firsthand what makes the region such a wonderful place to live, work, and invest.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her partner and three children, enjoying sport and the outdoors.
