Specialising in onboarding new clients, Lauren guides investors through every stage of the property management process, ensuring full legislative compliance and long-term protection from day one.
As the office’s go-to expert for Victorian tenancy legislation and VCAT representation, Lauren provides clear, practical advice that empowers investors to make confident, informed decisions. Her meticulous approach to documentation, compliance, and dispute resolution helps safeguard both clients and their properties, while supporting the team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Lauren has spent the past nine years at Ray White Ballarat, where she has been instrumental in developing streamlined operational systems and building lasting client relationships. She takes pride in making complex legislation easy to understand, helping rental providers stay protected while maximising their investment returns.
A lifelong Ballarat local now living on 10 acres in Smythesdale with her husband and two dogs, Lauren enjoys the balance of country living and community connection. Outside of work, she’s an active soccer player and goalkeeper for the Sebastopol Vikings, where she also volunteers and manages the club’s social media.
