With more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Samantha has developed an extensive understanding of every stage of the property journey. Since beginning her career in 2011, she has worked across reception, property management, sales, marketing, administration and operations, providing her with a unique perspective on what it takes to build a successful and client-focused business.

Today, Samantha leads the operational strategy of the organisation, driving continuous improvement across business systems, compliance, technology, people and processes. She is passionate about embracing innovation, simplifying complexity and creating scalable solutions that allow the business to grow while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Having completed studies in Human Resources and Business Management, Samantha combines operational expertise with a deep understanding of leadership and organisational development. She remains committed to continuous learning, ensuring the business evolves with industry best practice, innovation and legislative change.

Outside the office, Samantha's greatest role is being a wife to Steven and mum to Elsie, Patrick and Darcy. Family is at the heart of everything she does and is the foundation of the values she brings to her leadership every day - kindness, integrity, resilience and genuine care for others.
