118 Tenants Inspect Rental Properties In One Day

Thirty one rental properties in Ballarat were open for inspection on Wednesday 27th March, 2013 as Ray White Ballarat held it’s 13th Rent Event.

With the REIV residential rental vacancy rate in Ballarat sitting at 1.6% in February compared to 2.3% for Regional Victoria and 3% per cent for Melbourne, it was not surprising that 118 potential tenants took the opportunity to inspect properties throughout the day.

Gaile Atkinson, Ray White Ballarat’s Business Development Manager said feedback from potential tenants who took part on the day was very positive as they did not need to make appointments and could easily plan their day as inspection times were advertised on the internet and newspaper well in advance.

Several properties were let prior to the day, many have been let since and applications are still being received from the day.

Property owners who have a vacant property should call Gaile Atkinson on 0417 353 138 to discuss how Ray White Ballarat can assist with the leasing of their rental property.
