Following successful negotiations by Tracey Holmes from the Ray White Ballarat Commercial Division Tracey successfully negotiated the lease of 10 Sturt Street to Independent Living Specialists.

The business has backgrounds covering occupational therapy, aged care, oxygen therapy, mobility and nursing whilst clients have the caring support of staff that have a passion for helping customers find their freedom and continue enjoying life.

Congratulations to Independent Living Specialists for having confidence in the Ballarat CBD and to Tracey Holmes for her dedication in helping new businesses establish in Ballarat.
