Lots in a master planned vibrant and contemporary business park and town centre situated in Ballarat West’s Urban Growth Area has been listed for sale with Ray White Commercial.

The Lucas Business Park is located on the Avenue of Honour, six kilometres west of Ballarat’s CBD, and is being marketed by Ray White Commercial Ballarat Director Trevor Booth.
