Ray White Ballarat conducted their 4th Rent Event on Friday 25th May, 2012 in very cold and wet conditions as part of the first Victoria/Tasmania wide Ray White Rent Event.
Four Property Managers and the BDO opened 14 homes throughout the day starting at 11am with the last home open at 5.15pm.
Sixty-one prospective tenants from from Avoca, Dromana, Ballarat and surrounding areas inspected the properties whilst four homes advertised as part of the Rent Event today were leased prior.
Ray White Ballarat conducted their first Rent Event in February opening 25 properties which were viewed by 216 prospective tenants. A total of 520 people have inspected 78 properties during the four Rent Events which are now run on a monthly basis.
