Ray White Ballarat Achieves Highest Sale Prices For Alfredton Properties

Ray White Ballarat SOLD the highest priced residential and commercial properties in the Ballarat suburb of Alfredton during 2017.

The highest priced residential house was located in the Insignia estate which surrounds the Ballarat Golf Club and was sold for $975,000 by Sam Borner. The quality built two storey home had many special features including Queensland spotted gum timber floors, rumpus room with built-in bar, a custom curved stone bench top in the kitchen, living areas opening to a resort style entertainment area with solar heated pool and spa, built-in BBQ and pizza oven. The upstairs balcony overlooked the 9th hole of Ballarat Golf Club.

The highest price commercial property was vacant land with an area of 20,300m2 (2.03HA) located in a high profile location in a newly developing part of Alfredton. It was sold by Trevor Booth for $2,009,700.
