Ray White Ballarat Win Four Awards

The official Ray White Victoria/Tasmania 2018/2019 Annual Awards were held at the end of August and what a night it turned out to be for Ray White Ballarat!

Held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre on August 22nd, the Ballarat team joined offices from across Victoria and Tasmania to celebrate another 12 months of hard work and service to their communities and were exceptionally proud to win four outstanding awards.

No. 1 Top Exclusive Sales Office – Settled Sales

At the highly competitive awards evening, Ray White Ballarat was ranked the number one exclusive sales office in the state.

Recognising performance based on settled commission, the top three regional offices in the Ray White Victoria/Tasmania network were awarded.

Ray White Ballarat principals, Phillip Lee and Trevor Booth, said being named among the best performing regional businesses in the Ray White Group was a huge honour.

“We are so thrilled – every member of our team has worked extraordinarily hard and it is so wonderful to be recognised as one of the best performing regional offices not only in the state, but within the Ray White Group.

“This award not only recognises the success of the past year, it is also great motivation to work even harder in the coming year,”

Winner – Property Management Team Of The Year

Our Property Management team was also recognised at the state awards for the significant results achieved in the past year.

Recognising the quality of Property Management service, the Ballarat team took home the Property Management Team of the Year award.

Ray White Ballarat Director, Phillip Lee, said the accolade was a testament to the hard work of the past year.

“We are honoured to receive this award. Our whole team have worked extremely hard to make sure our landlords and tenants are fully supported.”

“Probably most importantly, We are so proud to be able to offer our community the very best service,” he said.

Ray White Managing Director Dan White said the award illustrated the energy within the Group.

This huge honour recognises the hard work, dedication and commitment from each member of the Ray White Ballarat team.
