Ray White Ballarat have marked a milestone with the Victorian real estate network this week, as the final migrators onto the company’s market leading online sites.
With that movement Ray White Victoria announces today that 100 per cent of its offices, from Southbank to Ballarat, have adopted the groundbreaking Ray White local expert websites.
The websites are managed by the Ray White Group and allow each local office to leverage the digital and search strength of the Ray White name, while colouring the page with local content.
“Its sleek design and user friendly nature means new technologies developed by corporate can be easily and immediately distributed to the network,” Head of Online Darren McCoy said.
For consumers, each local Ray White website houses local market insights and announcements, community events and expert comments from the principals and agents.
Last month the South Australian network celebrated 100 per cent transition to the new platform.
“What it means for our agents and offices is that they can get on with what they do best and leave the tech worries with us. It means they will be found online, social media just integrates, lead generation is easier and so is building their database. Plus we can improve and update it remotely any time,” Darren said.
“The focus of the websites is content at a local level. The office and the agent become an expert in their areas, owning and operating their own online marketing strategies, backed and supported by the online team. Plus it’s free.”
This month the first wave of major changes was sent through the Ray White local experts websites including mobility, multimedia and multi-language support.
“Forty per cent of web traffic in Australia comes through mobile phones and tablets, so our websites are optimized to be used on these devices. We’ve also upgraded to allow video playlists for all agent, property and office videos as well as injecting language translations to capitalise on international buyer markets.”
“We want customers to use the websites as a go-to hub for all standard forms too, making it easier to access appraisal forms, maintenance requests, vacating notices and property alerts.”
