Receivers Sale By Expressions of Interest

Ray White Commercial Ballarat in conjunction with Sutherland Farrelly will be taking Expressions of Interest for this Commercial Investment and Land at Woodmans Hill, Ballarat.

The sale comprises of 2.373Ha (5.863 Acres) approx and building 3,100sqm approx.  The annual income is $95,000 p.a. plus GST and Outgoings with a new 5 year lease in place trading as Mill Markets.  The investment and land has further redevelopment potential (STPA) and is zoned for mixed use.

Geelong businessman Mark Ward recently purchased the Ballarat, Geelong and Daylesford Mill Markets for a substantial, but undisclosed sum after the markets went into receivership in August 2012.  The Ballarat Mill Markets have been running since October 2009.

Closing date for Expressions of Interest 12th December, 2012 at 4pm.
