Record Year For Giving!

By Sarah Wilson

Since the 1st December, 2018 Ray White Ballarat staff have been busy collecting toys for those in need this Christmas as part of the “A Little Ray of Giving” initiative run by the Ray White Group.

Ray White has run this initiative across Australia and New Zealand each December since 2012 and during the three week campaign 320 offices managed to collect more than 15,000 gifts, plus 174 full bags of non-perishable food and over $13,000 cash to buy even more!

Phillip Lee, Director of Ray White Ballarat said a big thank you goes out to clients, staff, members of the community and the Rotary Club of Wendouree Breakfast who put toys under the Christmas tree in their office over the last three weeks.  “We had the pleasure of handing 311 toys over to Merv Lincoln from the Salvation Army this week to distribute to those in need this Christmas”.

Mr Lee said “the generous contributions of toys will help put a smile on a young child’s face this Christmas”.
