Renovated Home Sold At Auction

A couple who recently re-located to Ballarat were the successful purchasers of a renovated home auctioned on Saturday 24th September, 2011 by Ray White Ballarat for $370,000.

The four bedroom home with study and sewing room at 231 Scott Parade, Brown Hill had been extensively renovated and special feature was the alfresco entertaining area with gourmet BBQ and caesar stone bench tops. The home also had a large garage/workshop and huge undercover area with plenty of parking space for cars.

West had returned to his home town of Ballarat to be near family and friends after previously living in Melbourne and more recentlyGeelong.

Mr West and his wife Lisa both work in Melbourne and intend to commute daily to work while enjoying the lifestyle offered living in Ballarat.
