Renovated Home Sold At Auction

A couple who recently re-located to Ballarat were the successful purchasers of a renovated home auctioned on Saturday 24th September, 2011 by Ray White Ballarat for $370,000.

The four bedroom home with study and sewing room at 231 Scott Parade, Brown Hill had been extensively renovated and special feature was the alfresco entertaining area with gourmet BBQ and caesar stone bench tops.
