The 7th Ray White Ballarat ‘Rent Event’ was held on Wednesday 29th August, 2012 and given the time of the year a better than expected number of tenants turned out to inspect the 19 rental properties that were open for inspection.
Twenty three properties were scheduled to be open, however with 4 properties let prior the number open was reduced to 19 on the day.
Five property managers showed 87 seven prospective tenants through the properties between 9.30am – 5.20pm.
The Rent Event was marketed in the real estate guide in local paper ‘The Courier’, via email to our database of waiting tenants and on Facebook and Twitter with a link to details of properties open.
Congratulations to the Ray White Ballarat Property Management team, Gaile, Emma, Ros, Roxanne & Tianna who have shown 784 prospective tenants through 140 properties during the 7 Rent Events held since February this year.
