The December median rent for houses in Ballarat is $320pw and Units/Townhouses $265pw.

Vacancy rates for metro Melbourne rose again to 2.2 per cent, the same level as last year, while regional Victoria fell to 1.2 per cent.

With many professionals moving to Ballarat to start work we are experiencing high demand for rental properties and with our office vacancy rate currently at 0.57% we are in urgent need of more rental properties.
