Leading Senior Constable Donna Parsons from Victoria Police was guest speaker at our all staff meeting on Friday 27th February, 2015.
Donna, who is Crime Prevention officer for Western Region Division 3 spoke to the staff about Personal Safety in the workplace.
The discussion included having a safety plan, identifying risks, environmental factors, parking considerations, rental properties, managing risk with clients, aggressive behaviour, the use of force and being alert.
There were lots of questions from staff which made the session very interactive and the staff appreciated the advice given.
