April Koeleman

As a Leasing Consultant at Ray White Ballarat, April's primary focus is supporting clients in finding properties that best suit their needs. Her role involves guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process, responding to enquiries, conducting inspections, and ensuring clear and timely communication between clients, property owners, and the wider team. April has been working in the real estate industry since July 2025 and has quickly developed a strong understanding of the leasing process and the importance of delivering a positive experience for everyone involved.

Before beginning her career in real estate, April spent four years working in retail, which helped develop her strong customer service skills and confidence when working with people. She is very people-focused and enjoys assisting clients, understanding their needs, and helping them feel comfortable and supported throughout their property journey.

Born and raised in Ballarat, April loves working in the Ballarat region as it is home to her. This local connection allows her to genuinely support clients and property owners within the community she knows and values. April prides herself on maintaining open and effective communication and delivering friendly and approachable service, ensuring every client receives a positive experience from start to finish.

Outside of work, April enjoys playing netball, heading to the beach with friends, and going on fun adventures whenever she gets the opportunity.
