A large rural acreage at Natte Yallock was recently offered for Tender by Josh Todd from Ray White Rural Ballarat. The acreage is in the well held Avoca district and comprised of 127.02HA (313.88 Acres) of unimproved grazing/cropping land. The property although partially arable, (approx. 50%) in recent years has solely been used for grazing. With multiple tenders received by the closing date the property was sold on the day for an undisclosed price that even exceeded the vendors highest hopes and has set a new benchmark price for comparable farming land in the district.
