Ballarat Vacancy Rate Continues To Sit At Record Low For Another Month

The residential rental vacancy rate continued it’s record low in Ballarat remaining at 0.7% for January according to figures released by the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.

The January median rent for houses in Ballarat is $338pw and Units/Townhouses $260pw.

Vacancy rate for metro Melbourne is 2.1 per cent, while regional Victoria was 1.2 per cent.

Median rents for metro Melbourne rose for both houses and units to $470pw and $430pw respectively meanwhile regional Victoria experienced decreases on both houses ($330pw) and units ($260pw).
