Ray White Ballarat has been announced as a finalist in the Commerce Ballarat Business Excellence Awards 2016 for the Federation University E-Commerce and Online Award.
The award finalists were announced at the Ballarat Mining Exchange on Tuesday 26th July, 2016 at a function attended by the Mayor, Councillors, local politicians and business leaders.
Ray White Ballarat Director Phillip Lee being finalists was great recognition for the staff and the office which is regarded in the real estate industry as being the leaders in technology.
Mr Lee said that Ray White Ballarat had introduced lots of new innovative electronic platforms over the last 12 months including an online booking system for tenants, drone photography and videos, tablet applications for property managers and video market reviews for clients.
On the 16th July 2016 in a real estate first for Ballarat, Ray White Ballarat streamed the first live auction on Facebook Live and back in November 1995 placed the first Ballarat property for sale on the internet.
