Tracey Holmes has negotiated the leasing of the recently closed temporary CFA Depot in Paddys Drive, Delcombe as the CFA’s newest brigade moved to a new station at 89 Ballarat-Carngham Road, Winter Valley.
The large 900 sqm warehouse/office complex was set on a 2,502 sqm site and was quickly leased to another growing local business Fishmet who are specialist metal fabricators. Tracey had strong interest in the facility and was pleased to assist another expanding Ballarat business take the next step in growing to meet increased opportunities.
