Large Crowd At Drummond Street Auction

The new Ray White office in Ballarat had success with their first auction selling on Saturday. The renovated Victorian home at 418 Drummond Street North attracted a large crowd of around 80 people who watched auctioneer Trevor Booth take bids from three bidders who pushed the price up to $492,000 before it was passed in.  Following negotiations straight after auction, the property was sold to the highest bidder for $495,500.  Ray White Ballarat Auctioneer & Director Trevor Booth said that over 50 people had inspected the property in the lead up to the auction. The property was fully renovated and located within walking distance to Lake Wendouree and the CBD.  Saturday’s auction was the first of nine upcoming auctions planned by Ray White.
