Large Showroom/Warehouse Sells For $1.32M

A large vacant commercial building at 891 Latrobe Street, Ballarat was sold at auction on Thursday 21st August, 2014 by the Ray White Ballarat commercial division for $1.32M to a large national company.

Located on a busy main road with massive exposure to high traffic flow and growth corridors, the building of approximately 1,400m2 of floor space on two levels offered a large showroom, office and heated warehouse.

Neighbours include Total Tools, National Tiles, Solomons Carpets and Active Electrical Distributors.

Ray White Ballarat Director and Auctioneer Trevor Booth said the building offered excellent customer and staff parking front and rear and was sold as it was surplus to the owners needs.

The building offered exceptional branding across the facade with high clearance access doors to the warehouse.
