Powerhouse Agents Team Up

By Sarah Wilson

Local agents Will Munro and Sam Borner have teamed up with Peter Ludbrook and Jarrod Cloke to create a powerhouse business at Ray White Ballarat.

The merger of the two strong local real estate agencies solidified a powerful alliance in the local real estate market. This strategic move represents a significant milestone for both agencies as they join forces while maintaining their Ray White identity, as part of Australasia’s largest real estate group.

Mr Munro said the decision to merge comes after careful consideration of the opportunities for growth and improvement within the local real estate landscape. “With both businesses sharing similar values and a commitment to excellence, the merger presents a unique opportunity to create a more attractive office environment for staff and clients alike.” Sam Borner said he was thrilled to announce the merger which doubled the workforce which was good for all their clients. “This partnership brings together two like-minded businesses with great synergies, allowing us to better serve our community and strengthen our position in the market.”

Peter Ludbrook said their clients will receive the same high customer service as they have always known after the merger. “Joining forces means we have a new banner and new colours but the same focus on collaboration and communication between our teams.” Jarrod Cloke said the combined business will leverage each other’s strengths and resources. “Ray White Ballarat is levelling up and together will now have enhanced services but still provide the same unparalleled experience for our clients.” Ray White Ballarat has always been known for putting family first and ensuring that their values are aligned with those of their clients.

With a focus on maintaining and growing Ray White’s market share in Ballarat, the merged entity is poised for success. The combined expertise and experience of both teams will enable them to navigate any challenges and capitalise on new opportunities in the market. “We want to assure our clients that our commitment to excellence remains unwavering,” Mr Munro said. “We will continue to prioritise their satisfaction and ensure that every transaction is handled with the utmost care and professionalism.” Ray White Victoria CEO Domenic Belfiore said that as the Ballarat team embarked on this exciting expansion journey they will remain committed to keeping their clients and partners informed every step of the way. “The merger represents a new chapter filled with endless possibilities, and we are excited to support them.”
