Ray White Ballarat held their 15th Rent Event on Wednesday 26th June, 2013 with Ballarat’s weather providing a lovely sunny day, blue sky and a warm 13C.
A large number of people inspecting rental properties was experienced throughout the day with 93 people inspecting the 28 properties opened, well up on the previous Rent Event where 67 people inspected 27 properties.
Since Ray White Ballarat commenced running their monthly Rent Event in February 2012, their property management team have shown 1,693 prospective tenants through 379 properties on Rent Event days.
