The Ray White Ballarat Commercial Division have been proud to assist many new businesses lease premises and open during 2018. The level of commercial activity in the Ballarat CBD has been steadily improving in 2018 and at last we are seeing a reduction in shop vacancies.
One of the many new and exciting business ventures to open recently in premises leased by Trevor Booth is The Source Bulk Foods at Shop 3/1-3 Eastwood Street in the Eastwood Street shopping centre near Woolworths.
Janet Smith opened the shop in October and with a great team behind her has been overwhelmed by how quickly the business was adopted by the local community. The Source was conceived in 2012 on the belief that unpackaged food should be easier to access thus achieving a smaller carbon footprint and promoting zero waste.
Today The Source Bulk Foods is the largest specialised bulk food retailer in Australia. Ray White Ballarat wish Janet and her team a very successful and healthy future!
